BLINKDISASTERS is a brand new online community surrounding Blink-182, Angels & Airwaves, and everything else Mark, Tom, and Travis related. The site features news page, full forum, band/member bios, lyrics, media, live video stream, full reunion tour hd concert, integrated chat system, plus much more!

HISTORY

The site made its online debut on July 4th, 2009 when a few announcements were made simultaneously on a few sites and a “placeholder site” was put up. The site simply featured a contact page, and a later updated FAQ page.

The homepage featured an image of the silhouettes of Mark, Tom, and Travis along with the blinkdisasters banner. If you stayed on the homepage long enough, the imaged started to turn to static and a video started plating, which you can now find here.

On November 4th, 2009, the beta version of the site launched. The beta featured the sites full forum with a few other small and updated pages. The beta was only planned to last about two or three months before launching into the full websites, but complications with the developers arose which delayed the progress of the site greatly, leaving it in beta mode almost three months longer than intended.

Blinkdisasters features options and capabilities that no other blink site has been able to offer before! Such as a the full reunion tour concert in HD, a live video stream allowing you to watch blinks beginings, rise to success, progression, fall outs, side projects, concerts, and many other moments in the bands history, all in chronological order.

This site is totally free of charge for you to use, and it has pretty minimal ads up right now. But, on top of the monthly server payments, a lot of the features used on here actually cost money as well.

There are a lot of really cool things out there, and we have a lot more things planned out. Unfortunately, there isn’t some unlimited budget to fund everything we’d like to have here for you all to use.
