Pretty excited about this. I love hip-hop and it's nice to see Travis expanding his horizon's and continuing doing what he loves in the wake of the tragedy he went through. Haters can hate and cry because it's not rock and they can't appreciate something different, but I'm glad that he's not afraid to do what makes him happy.

I like hip hop as well but the 2 tracks he released from this album sucked... hard.

Some info on the tracks (credit to Wikipedia...)

Travis Barker has confirmed via Twitter that the album will be a total of 12 tracks, 16 on the deluxe version.

* Jump Down was released on September 20, 2010. It's the first track to be released off the album, which features alternative hip hop duo The Cool Kids, and was produced by Chuck Inglish and himself.[8] The song was later made available for free download on the drummer's official website, and the 3-D music video was later posted on the page as well.

* Carry It was released on November 5, 2010, It's the second track to be confirmed off the album, and that to feature RZA, Raekwon and Tom Morello. The song first leaked onto he internet weeks before the official release date announced, then later made available for streaming on Barker's official website. The official music video was made available for viewing soon after.

* Devil's Got a Hold Of Me is the third song confirmed to be released off the upcoming record, and that to feature hip hop supergroup Slaughterhouse.

* Right Away is the fourth song confirmed to be released off Give the Drummer Some and first mentioned on the drummer's official Twitter account. The song sets to feature American rapper B.o.B.

* Saturday Night is the fifth song confirmed, and sets to feature Guns N' Roses former guitarist Slash and the Transplants.

* If You Want is sixth song confirmed, and sets to feature both Pharrell & Lupe Fiasco

* On My Own is the seventh song confirmed to be released off the upcoming record and that to feature Corey Taylor of Heavy Metal bands Stone Sour & Slipknot

* City Of Dreams is the eighth song confirmed to be released off Barkers debut album and will feature Clipse.

* Cool Head is the ninth song confirmed and sets to feature both Kid Cudi & The Glitch Mob.

* Don't Fuck With Me is the tenth song confirmed and sets to feature Paul Wall, Kurupt & J Roc.

* Can A Drummer Get Some is the first single confirmed to be released off Give the Drummer Some and features The Game, Swizz Beatz, Lil Wayne & Rick Ross

* Misfits is confirmed to be the last song on the album, and will feature Steve Aoki

Some of those actually sound promising. maybe these few that are out are just the more sucky tracks... way sucky... songs that should not exist.

I like the artwork, very late 80's thrash metal styled. Still not looking forward to the album though, but hey it might be good. He should've done a song with Busdriver :lol:

really stoked to hear the B.o.B., Transplants, Kid Cudi, and Corey Taylor tracks cuz i like those artists. I think the Lil Wayne track will be big too.
